Location: Washington Crown Center Mall: in the hallway next to Kay Jewelers

- are 12 years of age or younger.
- participate in a state, federal or assisted school lunch program.
Please bring the following items for verification:
- Health insurance/medical card, access card or free lunch authorization (for example, a letter from the school) for each child.
